Worry and Overthinking

Do you find yourself replaying conversations long after they've happened, analysing every detail and wondering if you said the wrong thing? Or perhaps your mind jumps ahead to all the things that could go wrong, leaving you feeling anxious, exhausted, and unable to switch off.

Worry and overthinking can feel relentless. Even when life looks fine from the outside, your mind may be working overtime behind the scenes.

You might spend hours going over past events, questioning your decisions, or imagining worst-case scenarios. It can feel like you're trying to find certainty or solve a problem, but instead you end up feeling more stressed, overwhelmed, and disconnected from yourself.

Over time, this cycle of worry and overthinking can affect every part of your life. You may struggle with stress and anxiety, emotional overwhelm, low self-esteem, difficulty sleeping, fatigue, muscle tension, or a constant sense of being on edge.

It can become harder to trust yourself, make decisions, or feel present with the people who matter most.

Yet underneath the worry is often a deeper fear of not feeling good enough, getting things wrong, disappointing others, or losing important relationships.

Sometimes they can be connected to earlier experiences that taught you to stay alert, anticipate problems, or put pressure on yourself to get everything right.

These patterns may have once helped you cope, but now they can leave you feeling stuck and exhausted.

My approach is gentle, trauma informed practice that helps you understand what's driving these patterns without judgement or pressure.

Together, we'll explore the patterns keeping you stuck, build self-understanding, and help you reconnect with a calmer, more grounded version of yourself.

You don't need to keep carrying the weight of constant worry on your own.
